Parents' Day 2013

It's that time of the year when parents are invited to see how their children learn in class. Of course, teachers will spend time to present a good lesson - every teacher will want to make a good impression on the parents, it's only natural. Parents also get to see how teachers teach in class and how children learn. It is good for both parties to get to know each other better.

Parents' Day

Parents were invited to visit our school and see their children, and teachers, in action today. Many turned out to join the lessons conducted by our teachers. I'm sure they enjoyed knowing what their children learned in school, even if it's only for a lesson. This also allows our parents to know our teachers a little better. Parents were also treated to a display of recycled toys and teaching resources beautifully crafted by our teachers. These toys also teach our children the value of the 3Rs (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) and encourage them to practise these values.

And my favourite, a visit from our ex-students :
