Parents' Day

Parents were invited to visit our school and see their children, and teachers, in action today. Many turned out to join the lessons conducted by our teachers. I'm sure they enjoyed knowing what their children learned in school, even if it's only for a lesson. This also allows our parents to know our teachers a little better. Parents were also treated to a display of recycled toys and teaching resources beautifully crafted by our teachers. These toys also teach our children the value of the 3Rs (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) and encourage them to practise these values.

Tet Funfair 2013

This is ASYC's 4th annual Tet Funfair. The last 2 years were disastrous as the rains dampened the mood literally. Thank goodness for sunny weather today. That made for a very fun day of games, laughter and food, and a lot of relief on our part too. Once again, our thanks and gratitude go out to all teachers and staff for spending so much time to make the funfair a splendid day out for parents and children.

Preparations are underway for our annual Tet Funfair. Everyone has been working hard and preparing for their respective games. Thank you, all staff and teachers, for your hard work.

Christmas Celebrations @ TiniWorld

ASYC celebrated Christmas at TiniWorld in CT Plaza. We had a fabulous time enjoying the shows, games and facilities there. Merry Christmas to one and all!!

Christmas Decorations

It's near the end of Dec and everyone is looking forward to Christmas. Teachers and staff have been busy decorating the school and their classes. Thanks very much for the hard work.
